They are backed up by a heavy-duty Oak Grigsby 5-way switch and specially designed electronics. These include smooth volume and tone pots, plus a special ‘blender’ pot. This ‘blends in’ the bridge or neck pickup, depending on the switch position, yielding nearly limitless sound and tone choices. But Ashley’s quality and features don’t stop there. Her custom cut maple neck is smooth and fast, with a maple fretboard and comfortable action. Slinky D’Addario XL 10s strings are anchored to a classic Fender tremolo bridge with bent saddles.
