This listing is for Farr Out Instruments Starrgazer #N24002. This guitar is completely hand-made by Reece Fourt of Farr Out Instruments in Bergen, Norway. This Starrgazer features a black limba body and neck with a cerilicam ebony fingerboard. It is the first Starrgazer to feature Farr Out hand-wound P-90 pickups, inspired by classic Gibson pickups from the 50's, with AlNiCo V magnets and unpotted for raw and hot tone. They are wired to CTS pots, Sprauge orange drop capacitors, and a Pure-Tone jack. This instrument also features Gotoh SG381 tuners and tailpiece with a Hipshot Tone-O-Matic bridge. It is finished with a combination of shellac and lacquer in our custom "Blue Onyx" color for a vintage style finish that will age and wear beautifully the more it is played.
